Photos are missing
Kieps can only show photos you have allowed it to access. On iPhone, open Settings, choose Apps, Kieps, then Photos, and review the selected access.
Deleting photos
Kieps only deletes photos after you confirm your selection. Deleted photos are handled by the system Photos library and normally remain in the Recently Deleted album for a limited time.
Your privacy
Kieps processes your photos directly on your device. It does not upload your photo library to its own servers. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Contact support
When reporting a problem, please include your device model, operating-system version, Kieps version, and a short description of what happened. You do not need to send private photos.
